COO
Dawn McConnell
I consider myself a servant-leader, and gravitate towards projects that are complex and multi-faceted. I was drawn to JMCS first as a teacher because of the unique mission and way in which this school serves youth in California. I am in the background mostly, minding the “back of the house” through processes and advocacy.
