I begin any assignment, project, or task with the end in mind. Knowing your desired outcomes drives your purpose and decision making the prize. I had an opportunity to help students get closer to their goals by providing community resources and support services. If they take one step, I will take two. If students can promise to work towards their goals, I can make sure they reach their goals.
