I’m really a servant at heart. I derive great satisfaction from serving others and offering support. I’m also an Excel ninja. When I was a teacher, I noticed how some administrators were bereft in offering support/resources to faculty. It’s important to me to fill those gaps and be a supportive ally to our teachers. Students can expect empathy, compassion, and approachability from me.
